SLAPP Threats
Instead of providing transparency and working towards fixing the serious problems relating to SLJB. They have decided to make legal threats against critics.
LAS VEGAS, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 13, 2007 -- SLJB (Other OTC:SLJB.PK - News) today announced that it began a "seek and destroy" mission on all individuals and/or the organizations they either directly or indirectly represent tied to slanderous media campaigns and internet blog-site defamations. A spokesperson for the company said today the SLJB has had its first success in dealing with one of these scandalous persons and are now in the position of collecting damages tied to the outcome of the legal proceedings which followed the identification of the guilty party through the discovery of their IP (internet protocol) address that they utilized to post their unsupported and slanderous attacks on both business and personal issues involving the company.
"We can almost consider this a new source of revenue for our company," the spokesperson joked. "There are a lot of people on the hook for this non-sense, and we know who they are. We also know the platforms from where they attack our people and our organization. We will bring them all to like terms," the spokesperson continued.
1)Note that SLJB Prs are attributed to a company spokesman and not a single person, liability issues perhaps? No one at the company seems to want to take responsibility for these threats, I wonder why?
2) No legal actions at this point had been filed by the company. The OSC has received complaints regarding this PR and is investigating.

I tend to think this letter was written by Leslie Budway due to the misuse of words and spelling errors. Which is an ongoing trademark of SLJB communications.
This was posted on a SLJB pump site by Rick F (a strong friend of SLJB and owner of the site) and attributed to Leslie Budway. Once again the style and spelling betray the authenticity.

Letter from Leslie just received a second ago:
First Rick is not responsible for putting that letter out - it is not a law suit filed so looking in the court system will do no good. It is a letter that has been sent to her and it is up to the company and the lawyer if such letter can be released.
I know she received a copy of it and i wonder if the government post office would like to her how she tells her leaders that they fed pie in a box to a little child as a lure tactic. I am pretty sure that is called child molestation. I do not have to prove anything to anyone. I have a clear mind that says i have done everything legally. I will eventually post the police report from Tuesday also if i have to. She can send all she wants to the OSC - I am not the one that will be scratching my head trying to figure out exactly what her legal papers have to do with them, but hey what the hell. They all can say what they want , when they want and how they want, but when I release the police file what will they say then that our police system is phony and maybe that we falsely put out the papers or there not real - she knows that they are real - because she really spoke to him on the phone in front of me and my lawyer - but she is under investigation now - so maybe I will wait."

The law firm has been given the 'Okay' on this 23rd day of May 2007, to immediately commence further legal actions against Kathleen Jacobs and all her known alias before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. The law suit shall further include all known posters including but not limited to a website that has continued to allow what Sulja considers actions that can be construed as constituting libelous and slanderous conduct designed to impugn the character, reputation, integrity of Sulja and it's employees, and the profitability of Sulja.
The only possible board that could be intended in this threat is Atomic Bobs which i am a poster at.
Do these threats constitute harassment? I think so!
